In fact, the front row passengers get up to 41 inches of legroom, and the rear-row passengers still get up to 38.8 inches of legroom making it so that there is hardly a difference between the front and back. A lot of that interest comes from the inclusion of new trim levels. The lineup still starts with the LX but goes up from there with the S, GT-Line, X-Line, EX, and the top GT-Line Turbo. It’s those GT-Line models that are particularly interesting to us. For starters, you have unique 18-inch alloy wheels. The GT-Line trims also feature a unique grille and rear bumper along with red accents on the front and the sides. Smaller additions include power-adjustable side mirrors in high-gloss black, a center-mounted exhaust, and an available power sunroof that actually comes standard on the GT-Line Turbo trim. However, there are some tech differences too, namely with the GT-Line Turbo picking up many of the features of the EX including things like standard blind spot monitoring and the 10.25-inch color touchscreen. The biggest difference for the GT-Line Turbo is sort of spelled out right in the name. Not only does it come with a turbo engine which isn’t present on the regular GT-Line, but it is the only trim that has this engine in the 2020 Soul lineup. The engine is a 1.6-liter turbo that produces 201 horsepower and 195 pound-feet of torque. This trim is also unique in that it utilizes a dual-clutch transmission. With this smooth, efficient, and sporty transmission, the GT-line Turbo can still provide great efficiency with 27-city and 32-highway mpg.

Along with forward collision avoidance, those same trims also include lane keeping assist and a driver attention warning system. These systems work well together. The driver attention warning system makes sure that the driver is awake and alert, the lane keeping assist systems keeps your car in between the lines with slight steering corrections, and if it all goes south, the forward collision avoidance system can detect upcoming obstacles, warn the driver, and even engage the brakes automatically if no action is taken. Other new features of the 2020 Kia Soul Does the 2020 Kia Soul have blind spot detection? Blind spot detection along with rear cross-traffic collision warning and lane change assist are all available on the 2020 Kia Soul. However, pay attention, because the trim levels are a little different this time around. These features still come standard on the S, but they also come standard on the X-Line, EX, and the GT-Line Turbo.
